How can I make a valet parking reservation?
Reservations are done easily and secure on our website. Simply select your dates and times to find our best online rates and service availability.
How far in advance do I need to make my parking reservation?
In order to make sure you'll get a guaranteed space and our best rates, your reservation should be made at the same time you book your cruise. Especially, During the busiest times and the holiday season. The minimum time to make a reservation is 20 minutes before your arrival to the airport.
Is a credit card required to make a reservation?
Yes. Paying in advance online for your reservation guarantees your rate and space.
Are there fees associated with changing or canceling my reservation?
All reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid complete forfeiture of funds. Our hassle-free cancellation policy states that a refund is granted if it is done within a 24 hour period prior to the check-in date and time of your vehicle. If changes need to be made, due to delays or any other reason. Travelers must contact us no later than one hour before the previously scheduled appointment. If not a $50 service charge will be added to your bill. Any discounts, coupons or special deals will be null and void and the traveler would be charged full price for the service.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Keep reservation the same for any time changes are done within a 12 hour period that does not affect the date of your arrival. If the date of your arrival has to be changed to another date, then cancellation of the present request is essential and a creation of a new request is required.
Where will my car parked?
All parked cars are moved to a secured parking facility located close to the cruise port, all cars will be parked outdoors, covered or in a completely enclosed, climate controlled parking facility with extra wide spaces.
Do I need to present a receipt for my reservation?
Once you complete your online reservation, It's not necessary to show a validation unless you have a coupon or special request.
Who is handling my car?
Our Valets are well trained, professional and courteous. We ensure that your vehicle will be handled in a professional manner at all times.
Will my vehicle be secure?
Your vehicle will be fully secured at a facility just near the cruise port. All vehicles are monitored by video and security at all times. All indoor spaces are fully covered and your vehicle is weather protected.
What if I'm delayed or there's a change in my travel plans?
We monitor all of our customer's travel plans so we are automatically updated due to delays and changes. If you have a change in your itinerary you must text or call us with the new information at least one hour before your previously scheduled appointment. If not a $50 service charge will be added to your bill. Any discounts, coupons or special deals will be null and void and the traveler would be charged full price for the service.
Is the service insured?

Where do I meet my valet when I am departing?
Make an online reservation, Call valet 15 minutes before your scheduled time. 1.800.377.7494 Ext. 3, come to the designated meeting place at the terminal curb. Get a valet ticket, leave your keys with the valet attendants and enter the terminal.
Where do I meet my valet when I am arriving?
Call valet once your ship has arrived 1.800.377.7494 Ext. 3, Again, once you get your baggage to exit the terminal, Meet the valet curbside at the designated meeting place. The valet will help you load your bags and you're on your way!
Who should I look for?
Valet staff is recognizable in our Blue Jackets or Gray shirts with Cruise port Valet Logo and Black pants or shorts.
Will the valet stay with my car if I'm delayed or going through customs?
What do I do if I'm running late to the cruise port?
Call the valet at least 30 minutes ahead of time if you're running early or late. All Reservations have a 15 minute grace period after that a $10.00 late fee will be charged to your card for every 15 minutes your late and/or you may be rescheduled. So, please be on time.
If it's less than 24-hrs in advance can I still book a reservation?
Yes, Check the site for availability first to confirm.
Should I tip my valet?
Tipping is not required but it is appreciated! The valet that picks up your car might not be the same one who dropped off your car. Most customers tip at the end of the service. Some customers tip at pick up and drop off.
Is Cruise Port Valet affiliated with the Port of Miami?
No, Cruise Port Valet is a privately owned and operated company managed by Atlas Parking Management.
